During the Christmas ordering season, there are always delays, so please plan accordingly during this time. We appreciate your patience. SHOC does not guarantee shipping delivery times; these are the responsibility of the carrier. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. We are NOT a 24/7 shipping operation and do not ship on weekends. If expedited shipping is selected, this ONLY expedites the shipping, not the pick and pack. Next day or 2nd day delivery options refer to when the item leaves our warehouse. For instance, if you order at 8 pm on Thursday night, it will go out on Friday, and be delivered the next business day, Monday. Please consider that when selecting the shipping service.
