Shipping Questions

SHOC warehouse operations are conducted from Greenville, South Carolina USA. Although we do our best sometimes the delivery service or customs can hold up items. These delays are out of our control. During Christmas ordering season there are always delays so please plan accordingly during this time. We appreciate your patience. SHOC does not guarantee shipping delivery times, these are the responsibility of the carrier. In stock items are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. We are NOT a 24/7 shipping operations and do not ship on weekends. If expedited shipping is selected this ONLY expedites the shipping, not the pick and pack. Next day or 2nd day delivery options refer to when the item leaves our warehouse. For instance you order at 8 pm on Thursday night it will go out on Friday, and be delivered the next business day, Monday. Please take that into consideration when selecting the shipping service.

We will ship to almost any country, but All Duty’s and Taxes are the obligation of the customer to pay.You will receive tracking for your item once it is shipped.

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.

Domestic Shipping:

FedEx Standard Ground- 7-10 Business Days

FedEx Expedited - 3-5 Business Days

 FedEx Express - 1-2 Business Days

Please note: The cut-off time for same day shipping is 10 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

The Shopify and PayPal Payment Gateways were selected to protect you the customer. Your personal details will not be utilized more than completing the transaction and shipping your item. As far as your credit card, it is protected in that we do not take your Credit Card details on the SHOC website. Once your cart is full you are sent to PayPal to process the final payment. At no time does SHOC process your details or have knowledge of your Credit Card details. For further security our Site holds an SSL security certificate as required by Shopify.

In the rare case that your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask that you file a “lost” package claim with your carrier:

Once you have filed a claim, send an email to sales@shoc.com with the claim number and we will follow up with the shipping carrier.

Order Questions

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

This is a data error issue that does occur sometimes. If you did not get an order confirmation email from us, that almost certainly means your order did not go through.

The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. It did not get processed, but your Bank has placed a hold on the funds. Please allow 48 hours and that charge will disappear and the money will go back on your card.

Although we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfill orders very quickly!

Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us immediately: sales@shoc.com and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.

Chargebacks: Chargebacks by a credit card issuer or bounced check are taken seriously. As a matter of fraud protection any chargeback will result in the client being (temporarily) placed on the no-sell list until we can get in contact with you.

Payment Disputes: Please contact us sales@shoc.com first if you have a payment dispute because we can solve most problems faster than a bank or payment processor.

Product Questions

We wish we could say yes to this question every time, but there are so many leagues throughout the world that we don’t know the rules for each. It is best to check with your coach or local league officials prior to purchasing. Your coach is responsible for enforcing the rule for the team, and will be the first person to decide whether you can wear it or not. Please have knowledge of this prior to ordering as it really complicates the return process for us.

The SHOC visor is warrantied against breakage, failure of the color coatings and cracking of the plastic for 365 days from the date of purchase. You will need to provide some evidence of this purchase for warranty consideration.

The visors are covered for breakage or cracking of the plastic. We will NOT cover scratches. Unfortunately no visor is scratch proof and we DO NOT claim our product to be. The game of football is a collision sport and there are metal pieces on football helmets that will scratch plastic. This can not be prevented.

You will also need to send us a clear photo of the damaged visor. If we decide to fill claim we will cover all shipping costs of the replacement item.
