How Long Will It Take For My Item To Arrive?

SHOC warehouse operations are conducted from Greenville, South Carolina USA. Although we do our best sometimes the delivery service or customs can hold up items. These delays are out of our control. During the Christmas and Pre-Football ordering seasons there are always delays, so please plan accordingly during this time. We appreciate your patience. SHOC does not guarantee shipping delivery times, these are the responsibility of the carrier. It is our goal that in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. We are NOT a 24/7 shipping operation and do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If expedited shipping is selected this ONLY expedites the shipping, not the pick and pack. Fast or Fastest delivery options refer to when the item leaves our warehouse. For instance, if you order at 8 pm on Thursday night it will go out the next business day on Friday, and be delivered to the terms of the shipping selected.
